- 1 large handful dark leafy greens
- 2 inches fresh ginger root
- 1 lemon, juiced
- handful fresh mint
Place leafy greens in the blender. Cover with water and blend until vegetables are completely pureed. Add enough water to fill the blender, then add ginger, lemon, and mint blend until vegetables are completely dissolved. Shake well before drinking.
