Watermelon Sorbet

Ingredients

  1. half or whole watermelon, cut into chunks, rind & seeds removed

  2. freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Freeze watermelon chunks overnight.

  2. Place frozen chunks in blender and blend. If you are using lemon or lime juice, add that in as well. Sometimes a small amount of water can help the mixture blend easier.

  3. Serve & enjoy!
