Ingredients:
2 Cup Puffed Rice Cereal
4 tbsp Flaxseed Meal
6 tbsp Chia Seed
2 Cup Shredded Cocunut
1/2 Cup Crushed Nuts
1/2 Cup Almond Butter
1/2 Cup Cocunut Butter or Oil
6 tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
1-1/2 tsp Ginger Powder
1-1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
2 Lemon, Zested
2 tsp Vanilla Essence or Vanilla Bean Paste
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients.
Add in wet ingredients and mix well to combine.
Spoon small spoonsful into your hand and roll into balls.
Place on a lined tray and place into the freezer and set for 20 minutes.
