When the warm weather rolls around, there’s nothing like an ice cold, refreshing smoothie! I use this recipe in the mornings before a long day in the office. This smoothie is particularly good for your hair, skin, and eyes, because it has Vitamin A, K, C, potassium, and magnesium. It also works wonders for de-bloating!
Ingredients
2 cups spinach
1 ripe pear
15 red grapes
6 oz. greek yogurt plain
2 TBSP avocado
2 TBSP lime juice
2 cups liquid
The liquid can be coconut water almond milk, etc. Your choice!
Optional: Add plant-based protein powder
