Post-Workout Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups coconut milk or almond/hemp milk
  • 1 inch piece fresh ginger or more
  • 2 cups dark leafy greens or spinach
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 green apple peeled and cored
  • 1 TBSP hemp seed or flax seed

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients in a blender, add water as needed for consistency. Enjoy!
