Guilt-Free Pumpkin Spice Latte
- 1½ cup almond milk or coconut milk
- 2 TBSP pumpkin puree
- 2 TBSP coconut sugar or real maple syrup
- 1 TBSP vanilla extract
- ½ TSP pumpkin pie spice
- ½ cup brewed coffee
Combine milk, pumpkin puree, sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice in a small pan until the milk is hot. Whisk vigorously to obtain a foamy consistency. Pour brewed coffee into mug and mix in milk mixture.
If you'd like, you can top your latte with coconut whipped cream and a dash of pumpkin pie spice. Enjoy!
