Guilt-Free Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients

  • cup almond milk or coconut milk
  • 2 TBSP pumpkin puree
  • 2 TBSP coconut sugar or real maple syrup
  • 1 TBSP vanilla extract
  • ½ TSP pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ cup brewed coffee

Instructions

  1. Combine milk, pumpkin puree, sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice in a small pan until the milk is hot. Whisk vigorously to obtain a foamy consistency. Pour brewed coffee into mug and mix in milk mixture. 

  2. If you'd like, you can top your latte with coconut whipped cream and a dash of pumpkin pie spice. Enjoy!
