Bora Bora Coconut Bread
- 2 cups freshly grated coconut
- 4 cups unbleached flour or 2 cups coconut flour and 2 cups gluten free flour – mixed
- 2 TSP baking powder
- 1½ cup sugar or coconut sugar
- 1½ cups water
1.Preheat oven to 350 F.
Take coconut and baking powder and mix.
3.Then take the sugar and water and mix it to the coconut mixture. Gradually, mixing add flour little by little and mix well.
4.You can use extra flour if needed, I did used a little because it was too sticky. Knead dough. Little sticky is OK.
